Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is convinced he is the victim of a “racially motivated prosecution”.
This comes after his recent arrest on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. His attorney has stated that he has no intention of taking a plea bargain, as he maintains his innocence.
Lawyer Marc Agnifilo, featured in TMZ’s documentary 'The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment', stated that Combs believes the case against him is racially motivated and that he is being targeted because he is a successful black man. Agnifilo added that Combs plans to fight the case for himself and others in a similar position.
Mr Agnifilo said Combs also intends to share his side of the story regarding the incident involving his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, whom he was captured beating in a 2016 hotel security footage.
He added: “(Combs) has his story and he has a story that I think only he can tell in the way he can tell it in real-time.
“And it’s a human story. It’s a story of love. It’s a story of hurt. It’s a story of heartbreak
